Maintenance - Pool & Spa It’s what we do…It’s who we are! We are your leisure products specialists so we would be crazy not to offer a full range of maintenance options to make your ownership as enjoyable as possible. Whether you want the full “Pool Boy” approach; where all you have to do is throw on the suit and enjoy, or if you prefer to do things yourself and just need a little assist now and again; we’ve got ya covered.

Warranty Service Even selling the best of the best; sometimes things require the help of our professionals. Could be acts of God – lightning strike / sub-zero temps, or simply operator error; we won’t point any fingers. Fact is, we want you up and running and our certified techs are awesome!
McCall Leisure has chosen to represent only the best product lines with industry leading warranties. So if something develops an issue let us know and we’ll get right on it. Lots of times we can help right over the phone. If it requires a visit we’ll coordinate our technician, identify the problem, and work with our vendor all at no charge to you - (per vendor specific warranty coverage).
When your problem is not covered by warranty years of experience come to your rescue. Since we have carried the same lines, in many cases for decades; and since our service technicians receive ongoing factory training we will take care of the issue as quickly as possible.
Water Testing We proudly boast our PinPoint water lab. We want your water crystal clear and your chemicals properly balanced. In order to do this most efficiently we maintain comprehensive water records for all clients, specific to your individual product—whether pool or spa.
Once you’re in our database we keep historical records to quickly & simply guide you to the specific products and chemical amounts needed for your application.
AND REMEMBER, this service has always been free to our chemical customers!
Spa Moves/Rental
Nice Try! While we would love to rent you a Sundance Spa, that’s just not what we do. But if you need help moving a spa we’re ready to assist.
Start enjoying today! Even if your project or space is not totally ready, it’s no reason not to take delivery. McCall Leisure will gladly do in-town relocations at NO COST for the first year after purchase. So start enjoying your new spa immediately and when it’s time we’ll relocate it to your perfect place.
If you’re already a spa owner, or if you have purchased somewhere else, no problem, we can help here too! Contact McCall Service for a host of rental options using your strong backs and our equipment, or simply tell us where it’s at and where you want it moved and we’ll do the rest.
Parts Our comprehensive parts inventory is seconded only by our experience and vendor connections. Everybody knows finding the right part is most times half the battle. That’s why McCall Leisure is such a great resource. Since we have been doing this for so long if we don’t have it we know where to get it! And whether you are having our certified technicians install or you are a do-it-yourselfer, we’ll get you taken care of in no time.
Trade-Ins When its time to upgrade McCall Leisure can remove your old equipment so you don’t have to; trading your old spa in may be an option also. Let our experienced staff know the details of your “Previously Enjoyed” spa and perhaps we can save you some money on your new one.
