Francis Stefanski launched Regina Pools & Spas when he began installing inground pools in 1974. By 1979 we were installing our first hot tubs and spas, pioneering hot water enjoyment in the Baltimore area. In 1983 we opened our current retail location, which expanded to double its size in 1991. Staffing in construction, service, and retail has allowed Regina Pools & Spas to meet the needs of our clients in all aspects of pool and spa enjoyment.
History
Over the years, customers have designed the way our business is run. Suggestions, comments, and requests from customers have shaped our unique service philosophy. "Do it when they want, the way they want, and with what they want." This is the yardstick we use to care for our family of loyal patrons. We hope to care for each person throughout the many years that they enjoy our products.

Perhaps that is why Regina Pools & Spas is held in such high esteem throughout the local community with an outstanding record with Maryland Home Improvement Commission and the county building permit departments. Within the industry, too, Regina has won diverse awards and recognitions, including a coveted position in the Aqua 100 Hall of Fame. Regina was the first Maryland pool company to receive this honor, which recognizes that Regina Pools & Spas has provided excellent service in all aspects of its business over a long period of time.

Bringing 31 Years of service to you
HotSpring portable spas offer a fantastic warranty with their spas. There is a 7 year warranty for the interior shell, a 5 year warranty for spa components, and a 1 year warranty for accessories. Please see a sales associate or service coordinator for details. After your HotSpring warranty expires, any part that is replaced has a 1 year warranty.
Some of the many services that we offer our valued customers consist of:
- Pool openings and closings
- Weekly and Bi-weekly maintenance on our pools and spas
- Renovations, repairs, and replacements of vinyl liners for pools
- Repair of pumps, motors, filters, heaters, etc…
- Leak detection, plumbing repairs, and pressure testing
- Safety cover installation (solid or mesh)
- Filter cleaning
- Winterization and winter watch programs

Our trained technicians are available year round to serve and satisfy our customers. Regina Pools & Spas strongly stands behind our products and services. Our knowledgeable staff will walk you through each step of the purchase process and be there to answer any questions you may have about your pool.
The service department is available 7:30am until 4pm Monday through Friday to assist you with any questions you may have about your pool or HotSpring spa.
