Quality Workmanship
Swimming Pools Plus insures quality work throughout the entire pool building process. Our installers are experienced in all facets of the industry. Swimming Pools Plus business philosophy includes employing motivated people who may or may not have previous pool experience. All employees receive training in construction methods to ensure that every "Swimming Pools Plus Pool" is installed the same way with the same quality.

When a customer purchases a swimming pool, they put their trust in Swimming Pools Plus to give them a quality product and quality job in an expedient manner.

Product Knowledge
Training is very important to Swimming Pools Plus . Even if an employee will be working strictly in the retail stores, he or she will spend time in the field learning the specifics of what we sell and build. Our construction crews are likewise familiar with chemicals and accessories sold in the retail store. Employees attend various classes and seminars to further their knowledge of the swimming pool industry. We feel this knowledge is key to exemplary customer service. If a customer has a question, almost any one Swimming Pools Plus is able to give the answer.

Swimming Pools PLus also hosts an annual consumer "pool school" to give customers a chance to learn more about their swimming pool. Representatives from our company as well as BioGuard, Pentair, Polaris and other manufacturers are on hand to answer questions. Door prizes, refreshments and chemical discounts are given to those in attendance. Our customers now look forward to these seminars and routinely refer newcomers to attend.

Swimming Pools Plus has excelled in customer service over the past 6 years, which is one of the keys to our success and growth. Swimming Pools Plus has the philosophy that if we cannot have a satisfied customer, we would rather not have the customer at all. Our reputation is one of the most important assets of our company.

Swimming Pools Plus believes that a satisfied customer is the best form of advertising. Referrals from happy customers make up a large portion of new construction sales. Swimming Pools Plus also believes that keeping an old customer is easier than gaining a new one and that retention of customers is based on the quality of service that the customer receives. Existing swimming pools will always need chemicals, repairs, etc. and if new pool construction has had a bad year due to economy or weather, those existing pools and their satisfied owners will be what keeps Swimming Pools Plus going.

Service Includes 4 Weekly Visits per Month.

Complete check of chemical levels in swimming pool, spa/hot tub.
Check of all swimming pool ,spa/hot tub equipment
Clean all baskets and bags
Brush, skim net and or vacuum to remove debris from swimming pool spa/hot tub.
Check pump, filter, time clocks, and temperature.
Add Chlorine or Bromine and Salt as needed.
Adjust pH as needed.
Lightly clean pool deck
Notify the owner of any swimming pool and or spa/hot tub problems.
Keep owner aware of updates.

Pool Openings

Remove clean and fold swimming pool cover.
Activate and or re-assemble filter system.
Re-Install deck equipment.
Test for proper water chemistry.
Lightly clean pool deck.
Super Chlorinate and add stain control.
